    感谢PLUM CAFE的楼主姐姐们

           这次的面包做的很成功,归功于好方子.    谢谢 LEA介绍给我的网站PLUM CAFE ,这里真可谓是烘培爱好者的天堂(www.plumcafe.com) ,  感谢那里的很多热心的前辈与大家分享宝贵经验 .
     
    我做的是手工面包 ,把原贴的馅改成巧克力,  又把黄油的量增加了一些,   做出了这些很肥人的东西!!    不过肥死也值得    因为好吃呗
     
     
     
    材料:
    高粉200g,中粉100g,砂糖4tbsp,盐1/2tsp,酵母粉1tsp,鸡蛋1个,牛奶130g,奶油40g。
    蛋黄一个,冷水1tsp。
    做法:
    1。把高粉,中粉,砂糖,盐,酵母粉倒进大盆,搅匀一下,弄成围墙型,中间打一个鸡蛋,倒入室温牛奶搅拌成团。
    2。加入室温软化奶油,糅进面团。用摔面法把面团揉到光滑有弹性。
    3。盖上保鲜膜,发酵50~60分钟到原来的2~2.5倍大。然后取出挤出气泡,分成12份盖上保鲜膜醒20分钟。
    4。包入内陷,摆进烤盘,面团表面喷上水,发酵30~40分钟到原来的2倍大。中间要拿出来再喷水一次。
    5。蛋黄和水调匀,刷在面包上。预热170度烤18~22分钟即可。
